This is 1 of 2 listed rooms. This is a modern room in a cozy farm style home. It’s recently renovated with wood floors, furniture, and a fresh paint job. The bathroom is shared and the large backyard with a patio is a great space to soak in some sun and fresh air. There is a dog and cat on the property, Bella and Sushi. Both are extremely friendly. This is a suburban area with many restaurants and shops nearby. 35 minutes from Atlanta and 15 minutes from the Mall of Georgia. The space Located in a bustling suburban area in metro-Atlanta. A farm-style home with an enormous backyard. The kitchen is unavailable but you will have access to the microwave, utensils, and fridge. I have a camera on the outside of the house facing the driveway and a camera in the backyard facing the yard. Guest access Guests have access to the living room, the shared bathroom, their bedroom, the patio, and the backyard area. During your stay I will be in and out of the house. Feel free to call me if you need anything. Other things to note There is a dog and a cat. They are extremely friendly and affectionate. They may scratch at your door or whine for attention.
