You are a 10 min ride to the Mission, SFO, 15 min to Union Square, downtown, and cable cars. The space can easily accommodate up to 18 people and has all the comforts of home. This modern, bright, and airy home is located right next to parks, restaurants, movie theatres, and public transportation. With 3 floors, it boasts 8 bedrooms of luxurious living space. Enjoy access to the back yard from four of it's bedrooms. The home also offers 2 car tandem parking. There are plenty of amenities in the house in case you forgot to bring something from home. We also have plenty of kitchen goods for if you feel like having a home cooked meal. We are a new listing and currently don't have any reviews, but we have put quite a bit of thought into preparing the house so that our guests will feel as comfortable as possible during their stay. We just upgraded to high end mattress throughout the house so you can have a good night's sleep! You will be emailed a access code. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Early check-in is not always available but you can drop off your luggage if needed. Guests can feel free to send text messages if needing assistance during their stay. The host will reply promptly. You are conveniently located just ONE BLOCK away from buses and the subway (Bart) which takes you to downtown SF and the airport. There are also parks, restaurants, and a movie theatre with walking distance. Take the subway (Bart) from the airport to the house. Take the Bart to the heart of the city, the Mission, Union Square, downtown, Moscone Center, cable cars, all just a 10-15 minute ride away. Other bus lines a block away also take you around the city. Taking public transportation and ride-sharing (Uber/Lyft) is recommended. It's difficult to find parking in the SF area and parking rates are expensive. Traffic may also be heavy at times. It is VERY important that guests are to respect the noise level outside of the house during the quiet hours of 9:30pm to 9:30am. Guests are not allowed to spend time outside of the house during these hours. This includes the backyard and front yard. We have had some issues with previous guests being extremely loud and disturbing neighbors at all hours so unfortunately, guests that break these rules will be fined $1000 from the security deposit as it is very important that we respect neighbors near the home. Police will be called and all occupants will be removed if we have any serious issues on top of the penalties. Inside noise is not a problem unless it can be heard by neighbors during quiet hours. This may sound scary but as long as there are no major disturbances, there won't be any problems. Thank you for your cooperation with this.
