Guest access The property is accessed via electronic gate with remote keypads and digital keypads on both sides of the gate. There is a long concrete driveway between the gate and the guest suite. The guest room is accessed through a private entry door with a keypad. The property is very safe and secure. Other things to note The studio is attached off of the SE corner of the main house and is located on a nearly 5 acre property. A couple in their 50's lives in the main house, with no children. The guest room is very quiet and private. There are 3 acres of commercial ciruela (hog plum) to the south and 2 acres of various fruit trees to the west, including: mango, avocado, starfruit/carambola, pink guava, jackfruit, guananbana/soursop, lychee, longan, sugar apple, papaya, and an herb garden.
