The Jewel of Ruby Ranch

My place is close to 5 major ski resorts, located within the gates of prestigious Ruby Ranch. Sitting on 40 acres of open meadow with a backdrop of aspen and pine forest, surrounded by Wilderness and National forest and yet minutes to downtown Silverthorne, Frisco, Dillon, and Breckenridge. This house has a rustic luxury style, log accents, soaring trusses, & spectacular views. 5 minute drive from Dillon /Silverthorne. My place is great for couples, travelers, and families. The space This house is located in a gate community - Ruby Ranch. The house is very private but conveniently located to outlet stores, many restaurants and within 30 minutes to 5 major ski resorts Guest access You have the use of the entire house over 8000 sq. feet. The garage is not available for use because I stay in the garage apt. and am available if any rental needs arise. This is not a "party" house". Only registered guests are allowed at the house unless prior approval is made. Other things to note In the wintertime, November thru April, 4 wheel drive vehicles are recommended in Summit County and required by CDOT during winter storms, which are very common.
