The Cove Family Reunion Cottage

This spacious executive home has two full levels with lots of spaces to relax, enjoy videos, games, books or conversation. We rent to family groups only, who may bring friends, or mature couples only. No groups of single young adults please. The space This cottage is a spacious home with many areas where your family can spread out to read, play, watch TV, chat, BBQ and sun bathe! Guest access As our guest you have access to the entire home. You may also access garage to store bikes or equipment you may bring. The property is yours to roam and enjoy. Other things to note We have full time neighbours and simply ask that you quietly enjoy the premises. We rent to family groups only whether young or old. (This is not a party place.) No exceptions. We are looking for potential long term repeat families. Also, we require that you have three verifications with Airbnb ... phone number, email and government ID. And, applying guests must have a minimum of two to three strong reviews from other Airbnb hosts in the past. Guests provide their own bed linens and towels, both bath and beach. Bed configuration in the home: 2 Queens 1Doubles 5 Singles (includes two bunks) Add Loft (Room 6) sleeps 5 at $100 per night and Bunkie (Room 7) sleeps 2-3 at $65 per night.
