Our beautiful upgraded Condo "Flamingo" is just a couple feet away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf Shores, attractions and a lot of fun. The Condo is located in the family oriented complex of St. Thomas Square. Here you can join the community pool, tennis, games or make your self comfy around the fire pit. If you want to bring a boat and dock it at our community dock - no problem. Just ask us about the details and the cost. Inside the condo you will find all the essentials needed to make your stay relaxed and convenient. A fully loaded kitchen will make sure you can cook your favorite family recipe. The master bedroom comes with a kingsize bed and a lot of storage in the closet. In the living room the sofa transforms into a queen size bed. The twin size pull out couch can accommodate 2 children. Therefore 4 adults and 2 children can sleep comfortably in our condo. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is accessible from the master bedroom and hallway. Access to all areas is granted by using an access code. The access code will be provided to you after your booking. All guests will receive a parking pass, which must displayed at all times. Warning! Vehicles without parking passes will be towed and released to you back only at your own expense. We honor your privacy and therefor we will not be around. However you can call and email in case of questions or issues. The walk to the beach is very short. 5 to 10 minutes max. There are a lot of attractions very close (Walking Distance): ZooWorld, Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center, Indy Speedway and many more. Take a stroll on Surf Dr. This is a wonderful neighborhood with little bars and beautiful homes right by the beach. To make a reservation you must be at least 25 years old! Of course not everyone of the group has to be 25 years old. Kids are welcome but should be supervised by adults. The community strictly enforces these rules. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Therefore you are very flexible at your time of arrival. You will have immediately access after Check in time: 4 PM, Check out on the day of your departure is 10 AM. After that the virtual key won't work. The condo is located on the 3rd floor. For you convenience there is luggage cart and elevator for easy access. Please note that from time to time the elevator requires maintenance and we are not able to notify you immediately. Therefore prepare your selfs that you may be required to walk the steps up and down in order to get in and out. We charge a one time community fee of $20 for a parking ticket, which are required by the resort. Parking passes must be displayed at your vehicles at all times. Vehicles without the parking passes will be towed and can be returned back to you only at your own cost. Extra parking tickets need to be paid by the guests ($10 each per stay).
