Welcome to The Oasis, the home on the border of Norfolk and VA Beach! You are just minutes from the airport and the Botanical Gardens. The home is 15 minutes from downtown Norfolk where you can find the Waterside district and other local restaurants. It is about 9 minutes from Ocean View, 14 minutes from Chic's beach, and about 25 minutes from Ocean Boardwalk where you can find dining, entertainment, and retail shops. The Norfolk Premium Outlet mall is just about 8 minutes away! The space Our two-story cape cod style home is located in Norfolk, only a few minutes from the airport! There is onsite parking at the front of the house that includes a paved driveway and as well as space next to it in front of the fence. There is a keypad on the front door to allow for easy and convenient check-in! There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms in our home. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed, while two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the last bedroom has two twin size beds. The kitchen is set up to serve all of your needs! There are updated, stainless steel appliances, as well as essential cookware including pots/pans, utensils, dinnerware, toaster, blender, and a Keurig with pods. We do also provide you with basic seasonings and spray oil. The living room has ample space for you and your guests! There is also a RoKu TV where you can watch numerous streaming services. We will provide you with all linens and bath towels but you will have the luxury of having a washing machine and dryer! The backyard can be entered through the mudroom off of the kitchen. In the backyard you will find a pool that is 3-8 ft deep, a gas grill, and firepit! THE POOL IS NOT HEATED!!!! The diving board has been removed for safety. The pool is only open from late March to September. However, it does depend on the weather in regards to getting the pool opened. Please inquiry before booking if you are planning on booking in March. We welcome you to stay at The Perfect NORF/VA Beach Oasis where all of your needs will be taken care of! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard with the exception of a locked closet on the first floor. Other things to note The house is off a semi busy street. 4 parking spaces are provided in the drive way (NO OFF STREET PARKING OR PARKING ON THE GRASS). We do not accommodate pets unless they are a service animal. With that being said, pets have been in this property.
