The "Love Shack 2.0" in Historic Downtown McKinney

The "Love Shack 2.0" is a cozy, tiny house located in the heart of McKinney’s historic district. Our tiny house is a short, 5 minute or less walk to McKinney’s downtown square which features a variety of unique shops, restaurants, bars, live music, and more. The "Love Shack 2.0" offers all of the amenities of a full size home just in a smaller size. The space The "Love Shack 2.0" is a newly built tiny house designed for guests to experience “Tiny Living” while still enjoying all the comforts of home. Our tiny house features a small living room, galley kitchen, bathroom, and small closet on the main floor and a loft bedroom upstairs. The downstairs living room offers our guests the perfect spot to kick up their feet and relax and features a comfortable sectional loveseat perfect for two and a flat screen smart TV. The "Love Shack 2.0 " also has a fully stocked kitchen and includes a gas stove/oven with all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils needed to cook the perfect meal, an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, farm sink, and bar seating for two. The main floor of our tiny home also includes a full bathroom and a small closet with plenty of storage. The upstairs loft bedroom features brand new, queen size memory foam mattress, comfortable cotton bedding, foam bean bag chair, and a flat screen smart TV. Guests must be able to climb a small spiral staircase in order to access the upstairs loft bedroom. Please also note that guests can comfortably sit on the bed or foam bean bag chair in the loft bedroom, but you are unable to stand completely upright in the upstairs loft bedroom. The "Love Shack 2.0" also features a small front porch with adirondack seating for two that is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. We do our best to make our guests feel at home and always provide every guest with fresh, clean linens and towels and complimentary toiletries, coffee, bottled water, and of course WIFI. Guest access Our tiny house is detached from our primary residence and located in our back yard. Guests will also have access to our spacious, fenced in, and professionally landscaped back yard. The back gate and front door to the tiny house are equipped with keypad entry and guests will be given a private code for entry prior to arrival. Other things to note There is no smoking and no pets allowed on the property.
