Poconos Home with Hot Tub, Game Room & EV Charger

We require the full names & ages of all guest (including tentative guest.) Our home is a place to relax and spend time with friends & family. If you’re looking to have a party please choose another home. The space Relax at our beautiful 1 acre mountain home featuring a fully stocked kitchen, 10 person dining table, 8 TVs, games & wifi. Outdoors includes rocking chairs, large grill (propane provided), bar, patio table, fire pit, adirondack chairs, sports equipment & hot tub. Basement game room includes pool table, arcade, air hockey & foosball tables. The house is a modern 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 4000sq ft home with vaulted ceilings, skylights & cleared yard . We can accommodate up to 12 guest with an 8 car driveway. We have 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has two bunk beds which provide 4 twin size beds. Bedroom 4 on the first floor has a full size bed and futon. We also have a pack & play crib and two high chairs. We have a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, cups, plates, pots, pans and electrical kitchen appliances. The basement game room provides an indoor space for everyone to enjoy. It includes a pool table, arcade games, bar, air hockey table, a 65 inch TV, 40 inch TV, recliner & 2 sofas. Guest access Feel free to use the house and yard during your stay. The Garage, surrounding woods & locked closets are off limits. Other things to note We require the full names and ages of all guest (including tentative guest) and will send you a message asking for this, your plans in the Poconos and a few more questions to see if our home is a good fit for your group. Failure to provide this information will result in a denial of your booking request. Due to our township the maximum amount of guest is 12, including children, toddlers and infants. We require a signed lease agreement/house rules which we will send after booking via DocUsign and a copy of your ID within 48 hours of receiving it. Each TV has an amazon fire stick which you can access Netflix and other streaming apps. (No cable) No charcoal grills or portable fire pits allowed. We have a propane grill on the back deck (propane provided) and a fire pit 100’ from the home for your use. There is no water hose or water spigot available for guest use. The AC will not be available for use once it’s near freezing outside to prevent damage to the system. We are located in the Poconos which is relatively a rural area. You might see or encounter wildlife durning your stay. The Poconos has: deer, rabbit, turkey, bear, snake, fox, raccoon, opossum, birds and many insects. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We prefer to live along side them and enjoy their beauty and we hope you will too. We can not control Mother Nature and therefore will not give refunds if you encounter any. If you don’t like animals or can’t live with an occasional bug this may not be the home or area to visit. Pocono mountain homes are much different than a home in the city. Most homes in the Poconos get their water from a well which means the pressure isn’t as high as city water. Many people visit the Poconos in the winter for snow sports due to the higher elevation/snowfall. Please ensure you have suitable transportation (ex.4x4 or AWD.) There will be no refunds given for snowfall. ESSENTIALS WE SUPPLY (1) paper towel, (3) toilet paper rolls, (4) trash bags, (6) dishwasher pods, (5) laundry pods, hand soap, dishwashing soap and propane for grill. Please bring any additional that you may need.
