Advertised cost is for each bedroom. Guest access You will be staying in a private bedroom with private bath. One bedroom has an antique full size bed the other has a king. For other meals you can use the "outdoor" kitchen which is in a screened in porch and includes a refrigerator, griddle, sink and dishwasher.
