This beautiful home is bright and sunny and has lots of room to move around in. The kitchen has everything you could wish for to make preparing your favorite meals a breeze. There is a flat screen television in the spacious living room. There is a large walk-in closet in the bedroom, so no need to have luggage under foot. King bed in master bedroom, queen sofa sleeper, and additional king size air bed (upon request). This set-up works well for four adults -or- two adults with up to three children. A washer, dryer and iron are provided so you can look your best throughout your stay. The Guest House is located at the entrance to a family-friendly manufactured housing community and is adjacent to (but separated from) the property office, which is closed evenings and weekends, so very private. You will have full access to the bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, living room, kitchen/dining area, and back yard. Designated off-street parking is provided for one vehicle during your stay. Guests will have quiet enjoyment of the property, however a phone number will be provided in case of emergency during your stay. The Guest House is located in a residential neighborhood on the northeast side of Idaho Falls. We are close to theaters, a mall and other great shopping, many restaurants and other great recreational locations. A brochure with ideas for great places to visit, and community information is provided to each guest upon arrival. Absolutely NO pets, animals or smoking of any type. Please be respectful of this rule. The HVAC system is connected to the property office and your host is allergic. There will be a $500 charge to clean the entire home and HVAC duct system if this rule isn't observed.
