Two stories, private backyard, quiet, fully remodeled 1920's bungalow located on the edge of the exploding RiNo Arts District. This artistically decorated home with private backyard and front porch provides inspired spaces to relax, or walk to all that RiNo has to offer. Enjoy the soul, not the trends! The space We are music industry professionals and travelers that have worked to create a very vibey, artistic and simple space. We have a chefs kitchen, private backyard, incredibly comfy beds, and plenty of light. There are six steps up into the home which land you in the main living space. There are two bedrooms located on the main floor (queen bed in one and twin bed in the other) with the master suite occupying the entire second floor with an attached bath. The main floor boasts an open floor plan with the kitchen and dining area. On the main level, you will also find one full bath and the cozy living room. Guest access Entire house, front and back yard. There is street parking available out front and is usually not an issue.
