Our place is great for solo travelers, business travelers, couples, or small families. You will be staying in our walk out basement, we live upstairs. Our space is one bedroom, large living/kitchenette, laundry and spacious bathroom. Our home is only a couple of miles from Ballantyne corporate center, about 30 minutes from uptown, 25 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Carowinds, and 35 minutes to the whitewater center. The space The guest space is in our newly remodeled walkout basement. You will have your own private living space, private bedroom, kitchenette, full bathroom and separate entrance. Some of the amenities you can enjoy are free WiFi, Free Cable with Premium Movie Channels (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, and Starz ), and a wood burning fire pit. You will also have access to our laundry facilities. Parking is off street and we have space for up to 2 cars. There is some street parking available for more if needed. We are a pet friendly home. Guest access Downstairs living area and Lower patio. Other things to note We live upstairs from the guest suite, with our dog. Our laundry is in the basement and we do need to use the laundry from time to time (Only applicable to long term stays). We have room for up to two cars. More than that will have to park on the street.
