The location is exceptional since it’s in a calm and small street in the heart of downtown. No noise problem and everything is at a walking distance. At less than 5 minutes walk, you’ll have access to 2 Métro Station, many bus stops, Public City Bike Stations (Bixi) & taxi stops. There’s couple of underground parking where you can leave your car while you enjoy the city by foot. The main attractions like the Old Port, la Place des spectacles, China Town, Musée des beaux Arts, Le Plateau Mont-Royal & the Convention Center are also at a walking distance.
