Bright, updated studio in the heart of Mesa—minutes from Cubs & Hohokam Stadiums, the Convention Center, and light rail. Perfect for spring training, conferences, or exploring downtown! Features a Tuft & Needle queen bed + twin trundle (sleeps 2 in queen or 2 in separate beds), kitchen w/ fridge, stove & microwave, smart TV, fast WiFi, full bath, closet, private keyless entry, and parking. Safe, family-friendly neighborhood. The space The entire studio apartment is private to you. There's a queen bed, *twin pull out bed, kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, oven, stove, bathroom, nightstand, tv, small table for two with pull out stools, and closet. This studio is cute and cozy. Space is limited so we’ve tried to include all you’d need furniture wise while making the best use of a smaller space. We hope you like it as much as we do. This is attached to our main home (though separated by a hallway and a couple of closed doors in between). You may hear muffled noises of our family activity or next door guest. However, most say it’s private and quiet. We do love easy going guests, so we won’t mind your muffled noises if you don’t mind ours! We ask for quiet hours after 10pm. :) **Absolutely no pets or animals of any kind. We have an extreme allergy to pet hair/dander. We do have a dog that lives in our side of the house, but is hypoallergenic and approved by our doctor. He’s never allowed in the Airbnb. *The base price posted covers one to two guests in the queen bed. If the twin bed needs to be added for the second guest, it's the same as an additional guest fee of $10/night due to the extra work and laundry on our end. This covers the additional bed(s), bedding, towels, wash cloths, and showers/bathing water that will be needed or take place. The additional guest cannot be changing/rotating during your stay. The added guest must be the same throughout. Please do not use instabook if you will be needing to use the trundle. We will need more of a warning to set up the extra bed.
