The pool is open all year round and is solar-heated from April to October. In the winter and off season months, the pool can be heated by an onsite propane tank for an additional fee. Guest access You will have access to all places on the property with the exception of one master bedroom/bath. There will be nobody else on the property during your stay. Other things to note Please note that this house was built in 1959 and has lots of charm but is not perfect. There are some cracked tiles and other small imperfections, we call it character. We have set the price to reflect this and hope you understand. It is also our primary vacation home so there will be some personal items around and there is no access to the master suite.
