Situated on 7 acres backing up to the San Juan National Forest, you’ll easily be able to explore the Southwest. There are 2 separate living areas, both with plenty of seating, a flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace. Everyone can spread out and relax after a day of exploring the hiking trails and rivers. With 2 fully equipped kitchens in the 4,500 square foot home, it's so easy to whip up meals and snacks for a large group. Look forward to spending quality time on the covered deck - there is a rustic fire pit outside, and a gas fireplace on the deck. There is also a great sledding hill on the property just behind the property. The area above the property with the log benches can be used for family gatherings. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and surrounding property. Other things to note Water is from a developed fresh spring right on the property. There is a beautiful ceremony site to host your wedding. Additional fees do apply to use that site. Additional fees will be applied for any kind of event. Sleeps 26 guests. Pets allowed with a $75 additional fee. If you are a winter guest, please note that we have a long and steep driveway. We do keep it plowed, but ice still can build up in the winter months. We must require a four wheel drive vehicle and/or heavy duty chains in order to get up our driveway. Please do not attempt to go up our driveway if you do not have the proper vehicle, as chances are likely you will get stuck. Thanks for your understanding.
