Our unique villa is located in East Stara planina, Bulgaria. It is a peaceful place suitable for families and friend groups. Our guest house can offer you 5 bedrooms with maximum capacity of 14 people, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, cozy atmosphere, spacious garden and breathtaking view. Outside the house you will find parking, outdoor seating, BBQ, amazing view and our greatest pride- the bio-infinity swimming pond. The space The house offers five rooms separated into two wings connected to the dining room. In the first one you will find 3 rooms(1 dobble,2 triple) and a shared bathroom and in the second wing you will find 2 triple rooms and a shared bathroom. IMPORTANT: We would like to introduce you to the concept of our swimming pond. The natural swimming pond uses natural filtration methods instead of chemicals to purify the water. It mimics a natural lake with clean and completely safe water. This is a completely new idea for Bulgaria, often misunderstood by our guests and not aligning with conventional expectations associated with the word "pool." Firstly, we want to share that our swimming pond is continuously maintained to ensure the highest quality. However, it is important to note that expectations for the swimming pond should not be the same as for a regular chlorinated pool, where the water appears "crystal" clear due to the use of large amounts of chlorine. We aim to present this unique concept as clearly and honestly as possible so that our guests can enjoy our swimming pond as much as we do every day. For us, it provides a sense of tranquility and freshness.
