Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures. Eastpoint is located in the center of Franklin County with many activities within a short driving distance. After enjoying a day at the beach, take a break from the sun and learn about our aquatic culture at the National Estuarine Research Reserve, visit Camp Gordon Johnston WWII Museum, or enjoy the history of the St. George Island Lighthouse Museum. Many activities in our area are cost-free making it attractive for any budget in a slow-paced environment. We have amazing restaurants such as The Pesky Pelican, Red Pirate, Lynn's Quality Oysters, and Family Coastal located just a few miles away and many other great restaurants across the bridge to St. George Island and Apalachicola. We have a large driveway suitable for multiple vehicles and a boat. The back and front yards are spacious and open! We are a stone's throw and a text/phone call away to meet your needs while you visit our home. Quaint, quiet and centrally located, our community is known for its friendly folks and laid back atmosphere. We are pet friendly up to 2 pets because we know how much your fur babies are like family, and we feel the same about ours. However, cleaning after an animal requires extensive effort to remove hair and dander. We require a $100 deposit due to necessary extra cleaning. Unreported pets may lead to a charge back of $200 so please be sure to include pets when reporting the family members you are bringing. We have a fenced in back yard for your baby to free roam!
