The space From the outside, the building retains all the historic character from the era it was built. On the inside, the building has been transformed to include all modern amenities. We own and operate this AirBnB and one other on the property. This allows us to be laser focused on providing the best experience. We reply quickly and live 10 minutes away to be available to all your needs. Guests will use a private key-less entrance to access the top 2 floors and rooftop deck of thoughtfully designed and decorated building. The second floor features 2 en suite bedrooms and a laundry room. To the left, you will find the laundry room and a spacious primary bedroom with its own private bathroom with double vanity. To the right, you will find another bedroom also with its own private bathroom. On the 3rd floor, there is the entertainment area of the home, with access to the private rooftop deck. Here, you will find the living room with a large television and queen-size sofa bed. The living room becomes the fourth sleeping area if needed. Adjoining the living room is the fully stocked kitchen. Down a short hallway off the kitchen is the 3rd bathroom, and next to that is the 3rd bedroom. Enjoy views from every window. The private rooftop deck has a seating area and a large dining table and uninterrupted views of the city. There is wi-fi throughout the unit and on the deck. The living room and each bedroom have a TV with Roku. FREE GARAGE PARKING AROUND THE CORNER!!! Other things to note How to get around our beautiful city. Roof - GREAT DECK. Just across the street - OTR ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT. 2 minute walk - ZIEGLER PARK. Enjoy the park and in summer months the pool is open for swimming. 9 minute walk - FREE STREET CAR. The streetcar will take you from OTR through downtown to the Banks Entertainment District where you can enjoy a REDS game or BENGALS(WHO DEY!) game. From there Northern Kentucky is just a jump over the river. 11 minute walk - HARDROCK CASINO. 15 minute walk - FC CINCINNATI TQL STADIUM. 5 minute drive - UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI. 8 minute drive - XAVIER UNIVERSITY. 9 minute drive - CINCINNATI ZOO.
