My place. No CleaningFee

My place is on a quiet dead end street next to woods. I am 12 miles from downtown Nashville. I do live in the home , but have a separate place downstairs when guest are booked . You do have your own FRONT DOOR entrance. Parking is in front of the home on the dead end.. interaction with me is possible but minimal as I live in the home .not suitable for children 12 and under. This is a NON smoking property. If you have anything other than normal sized vehicle ASK 1st. Park at end of pavement. The space One vehicle parking. Please pull all the way to the end of pavement . Guest access Guest have access to a kitchen , living room, 2 bedrooms , and deck that is very secluded against the woods. Please do NOT be in the back yard or BEHIND my home. Deck use only in the back . I use my back yard and very well may be in it while you stay. Please be courteous of me below you by not stomping. Other things to note Absolutely NO USING THE ADDRESS FOR MAIL ! Please do not have company that's not part of the guests booked .. fee will be requested for late checkouts. I do go up to use my kitchen sink when guest are away or fill up my water bottles if I’m at the home .
