Casa Rocca Del Amore has true 180 degree sweeping panoramic views. All photos are accurate and depict the actual views from the decks and every room in the home. * This was my personal residence so you know it will be very comfortable and you will not be disappointed. Its like staying at your personal 5 star luxury hotel. * The listing is for 8 Guests, I do allow additional guests upon request. Please inquire with owner for addition guests. Additional guest fee is $100/night per person. * Sauna and Jacuzzi are heated at No Charge. Jacuzzi is always heated and cycles several times a day to keep it warm. It is ready to go in approx. 10 minutes at anytime and is set to heat to 102 degrees. * The pool heating to 87 degrees is $50/day summer up to $100/day Winter. We do not make money on the gas fee. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire house, Pool, Pool Cabana Area, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Over 1000 square feet of outdoor decks with upgraded patio seating, multiple shade umbrellas, fire pit, Viking BBQ, ambient LED lighting, outdoor music and multiple outdoor flatscreen televisions. Garage is locked off for owner. Other things to note Sunbathe or enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool... Watch your favorite shows and sports in the jacuzzi overlooking Mission Bay...or just relax on the expansive deck with sectional sofa, LED Lighting, Viking BBQ, and 55 inch tv and fire pit area. Beautiful views from every room in the home. Vaulted ceilings in unique living room with 75" LED Flatscreen, Direct Tv, Apple Tv, Netflix, High Speed Internet, Sauna with music from iPad control.
