There is a Stove, a brown leather 3 seater recliner couch and 2 brown leather recliner armchairs. There is also a coffee table, 42" flat screen tv, Dvd player and satellite Tv Bedroom 1 (Downstairs) has a king-size bed, a dressing table & tool, 2 side lockers, a large fitted sliderobe wardrobe a leather recliner and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a large separate downstairs bathroom with a shower unit. The Kitchen is large with all mod cons; a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Solid Fuel, electric oven, microwave, hob, toaster and grill. There is also a mounted tv, Bluetooth speaker system and beautiful ocean views. There is a 6 seater large dining table in the kitchen Just off the kitchen, there is a sunroom with 2 large couches and a coffee table overlooking the garden. The Utility room has a washer and dryer, perfect for storing wet gear/ buggies or golf clubs. Upstairs leads you to a large landing where there is a bookcase with a selection of books Bedroom 2  is a twin room with a wardrobe, bedside lockers and dressers.
