Welcome to the Vintage Acorn Retreat~ Step back into a simpler time, with this charming 1940’s cabin that has been thoughtfully decorated by an historic preservationist. Come and soak up the mountain atmosphere surrounded by tall trees, crisp clean air, and of course Wifi! It’s the perfect getaway to spend quality time with friends and family. Lake Arrowhead Village and the lake is just a short stroll down the hill. The space This is the mountain retreat that you will want to return to again and again. It’s the perfect place to spend quality time with friends and family. Park your cars just outside the front door and enter the retreat easily with two small steps to the first floor. Very rare for homes in this area! Enjoy relaxing in the living room with a view of the mountain scenery or hang out in the loft playing a variety of board games and DVD’s with your loved ones. If you prefer to spend time outside, relax on the porch swing. Enjoy your morning coffee with the symphony of bird singing in the crisp mountain air. With a short stroll down the hill you will find yourself in Lake Arrowhead Village, where you can enjoy souvenir shopping, an iced beverage on a patio over the lake, and live concerts in the summer. On the First Floor, you will find: Bedroom One – A full size memory foam bed, night stands with table lamps for reading, and a dresser and closet for clothes. Kitchen- A small kitchen table to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, oven/stove, refrigerator, along with full sets of plates, glasses, utensils, and pans. Living Room/Dining Room – It hosts a queen sofa sleeper. There is a wood burning fireplace with a 6- person dining room table with a small peek of Lake Arrowhead below. Full Bathroom- A newly remodeled shower and bathtub. On the Second Floor: Bedroom Two – A full size memory foam mattress bed, a small closet, and desk. Loft- A comfy futon and two plush chairs with a television and cable. In the Basement: A full size washer and dryer. A foosball table to get your table soccer on. The Vintage Acorn Retreat sleeps up to 8. Parking for 3 vehicles - that leads you directly into the first floor of the cabin. Perfect for unloading belongings. There are fresh towels, and beds are made up with fresh linens. We also have a Pack and Play available for your little ones. Please note that pets are not allowed at The Vintage Acorn Retreat. Please no smoking or vaping on the property. The Arrowhead Lake Association recently held a vote to restrict lake access to all short term rental guests and it unfortunatley passed. This is true for all short term rentals at Lake Arrowhead.
