This rear detached studio provides comfort and convenience in a great part of West LA. The unit has a low profile queen-sized bed with spring and memory foam mattress that can be used as seating, 50" tv, microwave, small refrigerator & freezer, desk/chair, wireless internet, linens and storage space. Guests have full use of the yard, which boasts a large deck with city views and a picnic table. There's also a hot tub and natural gas bbq grill. Unit is behind our house and has keypad entry for easy check in even if we are not available We're usually around and like going to nearby happy hours Great variety of restaurants nearby, such as Argentine empanadas, himalayan, thai, etc. Easy access to venice beach or downtown culver city via the 33 and 733 buses that pick up nearby on venice blvd. There's also a cheap car rental place (Website hidden by Airbnb) walking distance if you just need a car for a day or two and don't mind renting an older "rent a wreck" type of car.
