More than just a place to stay, our guest house is a true family home. You’ll be renting a private room with your own bathroom, while sharing the living room, kitchen, and balcony with other guests. The highlight of your visit will be my mother’s warm, unlimited hospitality — she makes everyone feel welcome, safe, and cared for. Her home-cooked meals are unforgettable, and many of our past guests say that her kindness turned their trip into a truly memorable experience. The space Our guest house offers a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere with three private bedrooms; each designed for comfort and privacy. Every room includes its own private bathroom, and guests share access to the living room, kitchen, balcony, and garden. Room 1: Two twin beds with a private bathroom — perfect for friends or solo travelers. Room 2: One king bed and one twin bed, private bathroom, and a small private balcony. Room 3: Two separate rooms, each with two twin beds, and one shared private bathroom — ideal for families with children. The living room features a cozy fireplace and plenty of space for guests to relax together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, and all essential cooking utensils, so you can easily prepare and enjoy your meals. Guests can also enjoy access to the balcony, garden, and entire yard, offering peaceful outdoor spaces for relaxation or dining. Our guest house can accommodate up to 9 guests in total. If you book for all 9 guests, the entire floor and balcony will be exclusively yours during your stay. Family Assistance Our family lives on the first floor of the house and is always happy to assist you. We’ll do our best to make sure you have everything you need — from local tips to any special requests — so your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Guest access Guests have full access to their private bedroom(s) and private bathroom(s), as well as all shared areas, including the living room, kitchen, main balcony, garden, and yard. You may occasionally meet other guests in shared spaces such as the kitchen, living room, or balcony — our home has a friendly and social atmosphere where travelers often exchange stories and experiences. My mother may sometimes enter the shared areas to assist guests, but otherwise, these spaces are for guest use only. If you reserve the entire guest house for 9 guests, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the entire upper floor and balcony, offering complete privacy during your stay. Our family lives on the first floor and is always available to help when needed, while fully respecting your privacy. Other things to note The kitchen, living room, and main balcony are primarily for guest use. My mother may occasionally enter these areas to assist with guest needs. You may meet other guests staying in different rooms, as the guest house operates with multiple private rooms. Each room has its own private bathroom, ensuring your privacy. Free private parking is available inside the property, so you don’t have to leave your car on the street. Quiet hours are generally observed after 10:00 PM, to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Home-cooked meals can be arranged upon request, depending on availability. We offer home-cooked breakfast and dinner prepared by my mother, known for her delicious and traditional meals. If you’d like to enjoy this service, please request it during booking, so we can be ready to prepare it for you. Please note that: Meals are not included in the room price and come with an additional fee. Availability depends on my mother’s schedule — when she’s very busy, meals might not be offered during certain days.
