The space Fully furnished for up to 8 with nice new furniture and appliances; two smart televisions, games, sunroom, massage chair, and patio. Guest access All of the home is for guests' use but the garage which is separated by a laundry room with double locking doors. The garage has been renovated into a studio for our host's use with a backdoor entrance walled off from the patio. The laundry room may become a shared space if the host is home, with guests needs being the priority. Other things to note Since the onset of the Coronavirus pandemic we take extra care with our cleaning and sterilization procedures to protect guests safety, especially due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Additionally, an air and surface Plasma Reactor sterilization unit from UVColdplasma ensures an extra layer of protection. It kills viruses, bacteria, mold, VOCs and more, providing the freshest clean air around! The lawn is mowed and plants are watered by a host at least once per week. We try to plan this around when guests are staying whenever possible.
