Private room where you can relax and get some rest! The space The room for rent is in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house 1 mile south of Ferndale on 8 Mile & Woodward. It was completely renovated in early 2018 & they did a beautiful job on the entire place. The house has stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and ADT home security. You'll have a fully furnished private room and you'll have access to everything in the common areas as well as a shared bathroom. Your bedroom has a queen pillowtop bed with a closet, nightstand and a dresser. Recently have added an in-room mini fridge and k-cup coffee maker! I provide clean linens, bath towels, high-speed internet and basic TV services like Netflix & Amazon Prime. There's a washer/dryer and a full powerlifting-style gym in the basement that you are free to use as you please. I have the house professionally cleaned every 2 weeks as well as basic cleaning between each guest, so you won't be coming into a messy place. Guest access Full access to common areas as well as a full powerlifting-style gym in the basement, laundry, full kitchen and comfortable living room with a 50" TV and basic TV services like Netflix & Amazon Prime. During your stay I stay busy with my residency, but am always available if you need anything! I'm free to chat and give recommendations if desired, but will not be bothered if you want complete privacy Other things to note I provide clean linens, towels and basic necessities if they're forgotten (toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, razors....)
