Please note that the backyard is a shared space and may also be used by guests staying in the guest house. Other things to note Everyday between 11am and 3pm there is a possibility that my house cleaner or I will come in to grab a spare set of sheets and towels for the guest house on the property. If this is a problem let me know. Important Pet Information: Please note, that none of our properties have gate locks. For your pet’s safety, dogs should never be left to roam unattended in the backyard. Additionally, please be mindful of the resident in the guest house, who also has a small dog. Important: A $1,000 penalty plus any additional cleaning fees or damages will be imposed for unauthorized parties or smoking inside the unit.
