The ground floor offers a living room with a flat-screen TV, two queen bedrooms, both with ensuite baths with walk-in showers. The second floor offers a living room, full kitchen, dining, two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Sorry, no pets, no golf carts allowed. Due to the extreme risk to individual safety and property, city ordinance strictly prohibits the use of any type of cooking grills within 10' of a rental home, and never on any decks or balconies. Violators are subject to significant fines from the city and are responsible for all damage and liabilities. In addition to penalties enforced by the city, any renter that is caught violating the ordinance will be subject to a $1,000 fine by Lost Colony. Leaving and or storing a disabled vehicle on property outside of a personal garage is not allowed. 4.There is no parking allowed in the grass or landscaping. 5.Using another owner's driveway to park is not allowed.
