The inside is well appointed with high end furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, luxurious sheets and premium Eastern Accents bedding. This home has access to the Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) recrecreation center located righ near the Village at Northstar. NPOA includes pools, hot tubs, tennis, fitness center, locker rooms and a game room. The cost is an additional $8 per person per day. Kids under 4 are free As your host, I am available 24/7 for calls, texts, or emails. I do not live in the Tahoe area but I have a great area manager that can help in an emergency. This is the BEST street in the BEST ski resort in Tahoe. You can walk to the Village at Tahoe or there is a free shuttle that you can call by cal(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). The shutlle will take and pick you up anywhere in Northstar. walk, free shuttle New bookings will include a 11% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) that we are required to submit to Placer County. In compliance with Placer County, this house sleeps 12 adults and up to 8 children 16 and under. Please ask host for more details. We take noise complaints very seriously as Placer County has a strict good neighbor noise policy. Absolutely no noise outside past 10 PM. No noise inside that can be heard outside after 10pm. The guest will ve charged a minimum fee of $500 if a noise complaint is reported to Placer County. If the owner receives a noise complaint and the guest can not be reached, the guest will be charged a minimum fee of $150 to send a property manager to the residence. Pets must be approved by host. $150 non refundable pet fee added per pet per stay. Max 2 dogs. Dogs are strictly the only pets allowed. Guests who bring more than 3 dogs and/or cats will be fined $1000. This is a non smoking property. Violation of the no smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damages liabilty up to $5000 Due to the rural nature of this property, security cameras are in use. There are 5 security cameras: 2 in the front yard, 1 in the garage and 2 in the back yard. The cameras DO NOT record or have audio. They are in real time for us to quickly check our property. We have a ring camera on the front door that records.
