Pets are allowed with host approval and there is a pet fee of $100 per pet. NO DIVING is allowed in the community pool and no glass is allowed at the pool either***. All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised at the community pool at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended at the community pool.*** The A/C and Heating are seasonal and controlled by community management. The change from A/C to Heat usually takes place sometime in November and the switch from Heat to A/C is sometime in March (these dates are not set in stone). Each condo has its own thermostat so guests can control the temperature when the A/C and Heating are operating. Community washer & dryers are located in the secured laundry room which is one building over in the secured laundry room.
