It has a full kitchen, small dining area, full bathroom and two double beds. *Please note the security deposit is only charged if damage is caused and a claim is made* Guest access Our guests are welcomed to use our courtyard area, and BBQ grill. We have keyless entry system in all our rooms. Extended cable service, free wifi, kitchen with pots, pans, plates and cutlery. The TVs are smart TVs but we do not provide Netflix or Hulu accounts- this is available to you if you have your own personal account. Other things to note Housekeeping- Daily Housekeeping or daily exchange of towels can be offered at an additional charge which can be requested and paid for on-sight. Complimentary Light housekeeping is offered 1x a week for stays longer than seven nights. Additional towel service is $20 per weekly stay and additional housekeeping is $35 per day. One time cleaning fee included for all departures.
