Beautifully completely updated spacious mountain townhome, great location, close to Yampa Trail and the ski resort, free city bus 1 block walk. 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 6 NO PETS. NO EXCEPTIONS. This home is not animal friendly. 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and 3rd with direct access to bathroom.This home is the perfect location for your next getaway in a very quiet neighborhood. This 2 story home has over 1,680 square feet of living space and is one of the largest units in the complex. The space This home has been off of Airbnb most of 2025 for a full renovation now ready for 2025-2026 winter season! The completely renovated fully equipped kitchen features a counter bar, all of the necessary cookware, updated stainless steel appliances and a rustic table with seating for 8 seats and seating for 4 at the kitchen island. We have a booster chair and mat for a toddler and toddler dinner wear. For our coffee lovers we have a Latte to go machine. Make your favorite coffee drinks or expresso instantly. If you enjoy a regular pot of coffee, we got you covered too. The home has brand new plush hotel grade carpet in the primary bedroom and on stairs. Just refinished white oak hardwood upstairs. Downstairs in all newly installed wood plank look porcelain tiles for a beautiful rustic modern feel. A hot tub that seats 6 off of the primary bedroom that faces the middle of the complex. Please note, the hot tub cannot be used from 10pm-7am because of the strict noise ordinance in our community. This home in one of the few having vaulted ceilings on upper floor. The home has on interior and exterior large, gorgeous hand peeled logs. The home has a full size washer and dryer, 4 smart flat screen TVs, free password protected high speed WiFi, central heating baseboard and radiant floor heating on first floor. Other amenities include a heated 2 car garage. A ski holder that holds up to 8 sets of skis in garage as well as a ski boot heater/forced air dryer for 4 pairs of boots or gloves. Also, we have snow sleds for the kiddos. We offer starter stock of dishwasher soap, dish soap, kitchen sponge, kitchen wash cloth/towels, paper towels, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, facial tissue, coffee, hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, trash bag liners, laundry pods in our home for your use. Keyless Lock: This home is equipped with a Smart Lock, allowing easy, secure access to your property at check-in and throughout your stay. There's no need to check in at a separate location! This townhome has a Ring video doorbell on the front door (1st floor on exterior wall pointed toward road) and on rear service door (1st floor exterior wall pointed at driveway) and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these two public areas of the property. Although we love animals, pets are not allowed in our home. We do not even bring our own very well behaved hypoallergenic dog to this home. He is boarded when we come to visit to always maintain this home as an animal free home. NO PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE TOLERATED No music to be played outside This is a very quiet townhome community with STRICT HOA enforced noise ordinances. Any noise complaint from the HOA or our neighbors, guests will be fined $100. If noise continues, guests will need to find other accommodations. The hot tub may not be used during between 10pm-7am. Even with jets off, soft voices carry throughout the complex and disrupt our full time neighbors. Do not use the deck area in any way between the hours of 10pm-7am. Which will result to a noise complaint. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00am we have full time residents in this complex whom get up very early and we want to stay respectful to them - violations of the noise rule can result in termination of stay. We are in city limits and Steamboat has a very strong noise ordinance for residential areas and our HOA is super strict regarding any noise after 10pm. . No Pets/No Smoking or Vaping Strict $1000 charge if evidence of pets are found at property If any evidence of smoking is detected, $1000 fine This townhome will be rented to QUIET RESPONSIBLE GROUPS aged 25 AND OVER or FAMILIES only. If you are planning on partying with friends this home IS NOT for you. We trust our home with families and groups of responsible adults only. Any group whose behavior creates a disruption or interferes with their neighbor’s peaceful enjoyment of their property will not be allowed to stay and no refund of rents will be made. No events, parties or large gatherings This property does not accept sport teams and/or players as guests. If you are visiting as a high school or college group, team for a tournament or event, please select another property. We apologize for any inconvenience. Trailers are prohibited in our complex. Not ski in / ski out  A/C: We do not have air conditioning in our home. Most homes in Steamboat do not include A/C because it is rarely needed. With our alpine climate, it cools off at night even on the hottest of days. Just open the windows and turn on the ceiling fans. They are additional fans if ever needed in the bedroom closets on the first floor. Stairs: We have stairs in our home and the main living area (kitchen, dining, living room and master bedroom) is on the second floor. Barbecue/grill: Due to insurance regulations for high fire risk. Townhomes and condos in Steamboat are no longer able to have a grill or barbecue. Our home is thoroughly cleaned after every reservation, and all fresh linens and towels are provided. We do not provide daily housekeeping services during your stay. Mail: Our townhome cannot accept mail or packages. Please consult with the local UPS store if you need packages sent to you during your stay. TV: We do not have cable for our TVs.
