Beautiful Brick Victorian House near St Louis

Incredibly beautiful historic 115-year-old brick Victorian House in a safe neighborhood just 15 minutes from downtown St. Louis, and 5 minutes from the Gateway Convention Center. On the city's register of historic houses, you will feel right at home in the quiet small town. We love sharing our gem of a house with others who appreciate it for how amazing it is. The space The house has all original hardwood floors, marble floors in the entryway, pocket doors, dramatic hand-carved woodwork, claw-footed tub, and chandeliers from the 1904 St. Louis World' Fair. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to prepare your meals, if you so desire. There is a back and front yard with plenty of space to park. We use this house as our photography studio and meeting place, and it is in a very safe area. We live just a few minutes away, and one of the neighbors is a police officer and keeps an eye on the place when people are staying here. Feel free to ask any questions you have. Due to allergies, we are a pet-free house. The full bathroom and all bedrooms are on the second floor. Due to the nature of the clawfoot tub, it might not be ideal for guests with mobility issues. Note to Photographers: The house is, unfortunately, not available for rentals for photo sessions. The house is not available for parties or event rentals. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house (including kitchen) with the exception of the basement and attic. Other things to note Flexible check in and check out may be available depending on our schedule and if others are staying at the house before or after your arrival or departure.
