Biomass heating Air conditioning in the living room and in the other rooms The space The origins of the house are very old (late 18th century), as they date back to some outbuildings created by the Monastery of Rueda in Codo (as proof of this, there is the chapel and other paintings found on the walls). After a long period of neglect, the house was completely renovated in 2009-2010, respecting the traditional architecture as much as possible. Located on a very wide central street in Codo (with no parking problems) GENERAL FEATURES The house, with a restored façade of old brick typical of this area, has 4 floors with the following layout: On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall from which you can access the upper floors and other common areas, a bathroom with a shower, a separate kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, a tower with oven and microwave, ceramic and induction hob, 2 combi fridges, etc. A spacious and comfortable 45 m2 living-dining room with a large 4-metre table, 39" LCD TV and DVD (with additional divx and mp3 format playback), internet connection, Wi-Fi, board games and other toys for children, air conditioning, and a terrace-garden with a gazebo and barbecue. On the ground floor, there is a beautiful suite with a 150 cm four-poster bed, a fireplace and, at the back, a small cellar with an authentic vintage wine press and walls decorated with farming equipment and tools. It also has a bathroom with a shower. The 2nd floor has 2 double bedrooms: one bedroom with two 90 cm beds, and a double bedroom with a 150 cm bed. All of them have wardrobes and bedside tables. In the hallway on this floor, there is a chapel that was discovered during the house's restoration. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the 3rd floor, we have 2 attic rooms: a double room with two 90 cm beds and, as a new feature, we now have another room-suite ideal for families with children, with a 135 cm double bed and a small living room - a triple room with unbeatable views of the surrounding landscape and a bathroom with a shower. Other features: With the possibility of accommodating 4 more people and a baby using the extra beds, 2 double sofa beds of 135 cm, an extra bed of 80 cm and a cot. High chair and baby bath.
