Biomass heating Air conditioning in the living room The space The origins of the house are very old (late 18th century), since they date back to some rooms created by the Monastery of Rueda in Codo (as proof of this, there is the chapel and other paintings found on the walls). After a long period of abandonment, the house has been completely renovated in 2009-2010, respecting the popular architecture to the maximum. Located on a very wide downtown street in Codo (no parking problems) GENERAL FEATURES The house, with a restored facade of old brick typical of this area, consists of 4 floors with the following distribution: On the ground floor there is an entrance hall from where you can access the upper floors and other common areas, a bathroom with shower, a separate kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, a tower with oven and microwave, ceramic hob, combi etc. A spacious and comfortable 45 m2 living-dining room with a large 4 meter table, 39” LCD TV and DVD (with additional playback of divx and mp3 formats), internet connection, WIFI, board games and other toys for children and air conditioning and a Terrace-garden with a gazebo and barbecue. Downstairs is a nice fully exterior suite with a 150cm canopy bed, fireplace and in the background, a small cellar with an authentic trujal of the time and its walls decorated with rigging or tools of the field. It also has a bathroom with shower. The 2nd floor consists of 2 double bedrooms: one bedroom with two 90cm beds, and a double bedroom with a 150cm bed. All of them have closets and their corresponding nightstands. In the hall of this floor we find a chapel, discovered during the restoration of the house. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the 3rd floor we have 2 attic rooms: a double room with two 90 cm beds and as a novelty, we now have another room - suite ideal for families with children with a 135 cm double bed and a small room - triple room with unbeatable views of the landscape of the area and a bathroom with shower. Other features: With the possibility for 4 more people and a baby using the extra beds, 2 double sofa beds of 135, an extra bed of 80 and a crib. High chair and baby bath. All with the corresponding bedding, towels, hairdryer...
