Oak Barn is a renovated barn surrounded by fields on the edge of the historic village of Braunston on the Northamptonshire/Warwickshire border. The barn is surrounded by 27 acres of fields which border the Oxford Canal. Oak Barn is 2 storey and has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite, lounge/diner, kitchen and downstairs toilet. At the rear is a private patio area with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy views over the surrounding fields. The space Kitchen - fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. Lounge/Dining Room - large window with views over the front courtyard area, dimplex electric stove, samsung flat screen tv complete with amazon firestick and amazon prime video, dining room table and 6 chairs and large comfortable corner chaise style sofa. Master Bedroom - kingsize bed, samsung flatscreen tv and 2 windows overlooking the front courtyard. Master en-suite - slipper bath and large shower enclosure.
