This 4000 sq foot home located a few short miles from Road America is beautifully elevated with a view you will not want to miss. Enjoy your evenings on the back patio with a cocktail watching the sunset. You will experience country living with a very private surrounding. Please note this is our primary residence, therefore you will come across personal items. Our home is very welcoming and we do our best to make you feel at home. The house has 3 levels. The basement is finished with a sitting area and work out area. Treadmill, Peloton, TRX straps and weights. There is a half bathroom off the main room in the basement. Main level has master bedroom suite (full bathroom attached) additional bedroom, kitchen, laundry room, office, living room, access to front and backyard patio, sitting area, and school room. As a family we have always found ourselves eating dinner at our island in the kitchen. It fits 6 comfortably, and the sitting area is connected with a 3 pc table used for your own TV tray. We currently do not have a dining room. Also has two half baths. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, a small toy room, loft, and full bathroom. One bedroom has a TV and couch. Back patio with amazing views and comfortable patio furniture. A soccer field, swing set, and fruit trees (seasonal). You can access any room, but please keep both of the closed doors in basement closed. Those are both storage rooms. Thank you! We will be available at any time.
