Your bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed, comfortable mattress, designer soft covers linens, 40" TV, sideboard table, big mirror, AC, Heat, plant and fashion picture posters. 400" square foot two rooms gallery living room. The best place in Harlem Guest access Guests will have private access to the bedroom that you have rented alone for the duration of your stay. Living room, Kitchen, Bathroom are all shared. During your stay We are and always available to interact with our guests as they may or may not need and required. We are here to make your experience in New York City an easy cool and memorable one. Other things to note IIMPORTANT FOR GUEST OR GUESTS. It is clear that the number of guests stated in your original booking request will remain the same. This is a private building, hence we cannot keep having the number of guests keep increasing. It is also not allowed for guests to be renting our place to their friends who are also coming to town. For example at booking, if you are a party of 1 and I have accepted your booking as 1 guest. For the duration of your stay here, it will only be 1 guest allowed here no more. It is not allowed because you are renting the apartment that you feel that you can have several other friends or guests staying here on top of your original 1 or 2. So please be clear on how many of you are coming here from the beginning and this number of guests will be final for your entire stay here. As this is a private house, no you will not be allowed to have friends over. It will only be the two of you that's all. Also as this building is very nice and respectable, you as a guest should not stand in front of the building smoking or interact with people.
