Amazing 3 bed/ 2 1/2 bath non-smoking townhouse in beautiful gated Resort & Spa with Water Park! Located a short drive from Disney World in Davenport, FL. It's a very spacious and renovated 3 bedroom townhouse that easily accommodates 6 people. It will feel like home away from home. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INDOORS. The space Downstairs ========= a kitchen, a half bath, dining area and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (microwave oven, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator), toaster and coffee maker. Dinnerware and cookware are also available to our guests. The porcelain tile living room is wide and spacious and offers a HD LED TV, 200 channels cable TV.Netflix also works on this smart TV. A sectional sofa with recliners and a dinner table. Just off the living room is a small patio. Upstairs ============= On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room with full sized front loaders. The Master Suite comes complete with a King size bed, a LED TV, a closet, a dresser, a private balcony and a private bathroom with dual sinks. Also a toddler sized mattress in the master closet should you need it. Second and third bedroom have queen beds, a closet & a dresser. The hall bathroom is shared by these two bedrooms. An additional inflatable mattress is available upon request at the time of booking. AMENITIES ========== We provide towels and sheets. In the laundry space there is a washer & dryer set available for our guests. This a self-catered unit but we will do our best to always provide an initial amount of items such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/body wash, hand soap, etc. When the period of stay is longer or there are many people, there might not be enough and the guests will need to supplement them according to their own consumption. There is a Publix grocery store nearby (1/2 mile away) and has everything you will need. FREE 35mb WIFI broadband internet available throughout the house. A FREE parking space available in our driveway, please park to one side leaving room for owner's vehicle. No parking on the grass or street otherwise or it will be towed by resort at your expense and without warning. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INDOORS. Guest access THE RESORT ========== The home is located in the beautiful and awarded REGAL PALMS RESORT & SPA. Nestled in 2.5 acres of tropical settings, the resort combines all the facilities of a resort and the privacy of a vacation home. The resort features a water park consisting of 2 pools, a water slide, a lazy river, indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Also on the property is a Spa, restaurant & bar, ice cream parlor, pool side tikibar, a gym, and an indoor kids game room and arcade. There is a complimentary towel service and lounge chairs in the pool area. A perfect place for your family vacation. Children will love it!!! REGAL LOBBY =========== -24 hour front desk -an internet cafe with 2 workstations and wireless broadband for guests use. -an ATM machine is available. -Don't stand in line for Park Tickets. You can purchase them and get information about all major Orlando attractions. Other things to note IMPORTANT ========== There is a resort fee of $20 plus taxes per day/per unit (not per guest!!!). This is paid directly to the Regal Palms Resort at the check-in. It doesn't go to me, but you have to consider this in your cost. This fee allows our guests access to all the amenities and issues your parking fob for access to the resort. Other things to note; In lieu of charging an upfront Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged. PLEASE, NO SMOKING INDOORS. SMOKING IN THE UNIT WILL INCUR A $500 CLEANUP FEE. Our cleaning staff will be at the unit at 10 am to turn unit over for the next guest. The company we use accesses the guest a $5.00 PER MINUTE late check out fee.
