My home is a clean, quiet, one level home on a quiet street. There is Home Gym, WiFi, Streaming with unlimited channels. The bedrooms have full size bathrooms overlooking the beautiful garden, fruit trees, a fenced in backyard that is safe for your furry friends. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers in house for your convenience. Enjoy the large back deck and sitting areas under the trees. This property has central A/C high trees in the backyard for added privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed that past guests rave about. It enters onto the newly renovated back deck. There is no limit to the use of the property. However, in the cold months, October to March, I do not have a gardener. There is no use of the garden. I work long hours 3 days per week outside the home but you can contact me via text or a phone call anytime during my days off. I have an On Call person who is also available to help you in case of emergency. I will share the laundry room for linen exchange when my guests in the studio vacates the unit. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers for convenience. However, if you desire absolutely no interaction, you can listen for the washer to determine if the laundry room is in use. I like to make myself invisible when I can as I respect the need for quietness and privacy for my guests. Both units have their designated spaces in the driveway. My home is in walking distance to hospital and shopping area, The transit center is 4 blocks away. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and a vast amount of street parking. You can see people walking their pets in the early mornings and evenings. Several parks are only a few blocks away as well as the walking trails, restaurants, community swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts. The transit center is in walking distance. Parking is safe and free. The buses go to downtown Tacoma, Green River or you can transfer to an express bus line to downtown Seattle in 20 mins Weekly, there is a yard maintenance so there will be someone using the lawn mower and collecting yard waste on site for upgrades and yard decor adjustments. I will send a text to alert the guests so there are no surprises if the project is longer than expected.
