Travertine Tile, Granite Counters, Stainless Appliances, Expansive Patios, and a Large Hot Tub. The space Our beautiful house consists of a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom main house, plus a guest casita. It is designed for elegant country club living and entertaining, with an open floor plan, pave stone patios, ramada shades, outdoor wine bar with fire bowl, and six-seater hot tub. Each bedroom has its own modern television, along with a large television in the living room. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom, with soaker tub and walk-in shower. The second Main House Bedroom has a queen size bed and access to a full bathroom just across the hall. The Casita bedroom has a queen size bed with a full en suite bathroom, along with its own climate control and access to the front courtyard. Guest access Guests must access the gated community of Anthem Country Club through one of the two manned guard gates. Other things to note Bookings during the months of June, July, August, and September are responsible for paying the electric, gas, and water bills during the time of their stay.
