Guest access Amenities are included with your condo. Other things to note There is a parking fee of $25 a day for Valet Parking that you can go in and out as many times as you would like a day. There is no self parking at this resort at this time. This resort is a timeshare, you DO NOT have to attend any presentations. They will ask just tell them know. Once your trip is booked I will need to have a phone call with you for specific check in directions. Usually only takes 5 minutes. Most 2 bedroom units are lockoff units. IMPORTANT: For reservations please provide your name as it appears on a valid ID BEFORE booking if your name is different than what is listed on Airbnb. If a name change is required after the reservation is booked, there will be an additional $129 name change fee if at least 24 hours advance and same day change $229. Units are non-smoking, no pets allowed. Guest must follow all rules and regulations set by the resort. Guest must be at least 21 years old and supply a valid government issued ID as well as a credit card for incidentals. Guests will check in at the resort with the front desk with a confirmation provided by me via email. Guest that made the reservation MUST be the person checking in with their id. If the reservation needs to be under a different name please let me know BEFORE booking. If a name change is required after the reservation is booked, there will be an additional $129-229 change fee.
