Enjoy this amazing in-town neighborhood of Atlanta where you can eat and shop! Come home to sleep in our dogs-allowed two-bedroom home! This listing is for the right-hand unit of the side-by-side duplex. If you need more space, you can book the entire duplex! Free parking in driveway. You are just 0.3 mi from the District Mall, 1.0 mi to Monday Night Brewing, 2.0 mi to Georgia Tech, and 2.0 mi to Atlantic Station, located right by South Buckhead. First, read the entire listing before booking! The space This duplex is a great place to call home during your stay! The living room, dining space, laundry, and kitchen, are all on the first floor. There is also a half bath on the first floor. Then head upstairs to two bedrooms, each with Queen beds, and a bathroom. The Queen beds in the bedrooms are comfortable and are thick mattresses! Your experience is managed by SuperHosts! That means we have high ratings and we don’t cancel on our guests. The space is set-up primarily for guests so there will not be any personal items. Please treat our home with respect and do not leave trash round the house. The stove and oven are available for you to cook. We do not offer shampoo and conditioner. There is a small hot pad / portable electric stove in addition to the large stove. There is a park and playground just a block away so you can enjoy that during your stay. It is a nice neighborhood for walking. The homes are unique and this is an established neighborhood so there are nice things to see during a walk. Up to 2 pets allowed with a pet fee. Guest access Guests may access the entire right-hand side of the duplex and the off-street parking pad. WiFi, hot water, linens, and towels are available. There is a back deck that you may use. We do not allow smoking in the Airbnb but you must smoke outside. Guests also have access to the city trash cans and are expected to take out their trash. Trash day is Monday morning so we ask that you drag the cans to the street on Sunday night and back in on Monday afternoon. Other things to note -- Free WiFi -- We will ask you to start a load of laundry at departure. If you prefer not to, let us know and we can offer you the premium cleaning rate that does not involve a few quick check-out instructions. We like to save you money! :) -- There is a large parking pad for several cars that you will share with the other Airbnb guest next door. Be kind and leave space for at least one other car when you park. -- The bedrooms are upstairs. If you have mobility challenges then this home is not a good fit. Guests for long stays may wish to bring hangers. -- Late check-out will not be possible. Please book one more night if you need a late check-out. -- The major road nearby is Howell Mill so you may hear trucks or sirens from time to time. You can actually see the back of the businesses on that road from our backyard. -- Owner ships supplies/amenities. -- In the summer, keep the kitchen sink dry to prevent little ants from coming to take a drink. We also treat for ants regularly. -- If you are highly allergic to dogs, this may not be a good fit as we have allowed dogs in the house in the past. If you would like to bring a dog or a cat, it will be a $50 pet fee per animal. 2 pet maximum. -- After booking your stay, you will add guests in your travel group to the reservation. They will be able to join the Airbnb message thread. We only give out check-in instructions via Airbnb messages, so make sure your group is included on the reservation. Your travel group will also receive access to the Wi-Fi password and the property address. -- Congratulations, you found the booking phrase!
