Greenport Harbor Brewery and Restaurant in Peconic is a quick 7-minute drive from the home. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and it’s so beautiful all year long. The patio is equipped with a grill and a lounge set nestled in under market lights. The pool has lounge chairs and pool toys to enjoy. The newly renovated chef's kitchen comes with all of the gadgets you need to cook, plus a large island for prepping and entertaining, all updated appliances, and a nice view of the pool. The kitchen connects to a cozy sitting area with a working fireplace that overlooks the sunroom. For movie nights and cozy nights in, the large family room is equipped with comfortable seating and a TV. The four bedrooms have closets and dressers, extra linens, and both bathrooms include towels, soaps, and lotions so you don't have to worry about packing your shampoo and conditioner.
