The George is one of the most successfully executed examples of late nineteenth century residential architecture. It is part of the National Register of Historic Places and subsequent National Parks Service Evaluation. The space This room is located on the first floor, just steps away from our grand staircase and fireplace. With its high ceilings, abundant natural lighting, and private deck, this room is perfect for guests who enjoy easy access to views of our whimsical garden just outside of its doors. All rooms have older windows that are not double-paned nor sound resistant, some rooms have a closet and others have freestanding armoires. The building does not offer an elevator and guest rooms are located on 1st , 2nd, and 3rd floor walkup. The George is best suitable for children over the age of 12. For the safety and security of our guests and employees, please be advised that common areas within the property, such as hallways, stairwells, and common use spaces, as well as exterior areas of the property, are monitored by surveillance cameras. This measure is in place to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone on our property. Please note that the interiors of guest rooms are not monitored, and we do not have any smart devices in guest rooms to ensure the privacy of all guests.
