We are Captain's Inn At Moss landing. This cozy room is decorated with European walnut antiques, a crystal chandelier, and an original-style fireplace. There is a comfortable queen-size bed, oak floors, and an old-growth redwood trim that has been restored to its natural splendor. Guest access All common grounds of the hotel are available for usage: - Upper and lower viewing deck - Guest Dining Room - Parlor / Lobby - Reading room in Historic House's 2nd floor Please do not use our kitchen (stove, staff refrigerator, kitchen utensils). We have clear markings of where guests may not go past. This is for the safety of our guests as well as the Inn and compliant with Fire Marshal regulations. Please respect doors with No Entry signs. Other things to note IF YOU WILL BE CHECKING IN AFTER 6:00 PM, PLEASE CONTACT THE INN PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL TO INFORM US OF THIS. WE DO NOT ALLOW CHECK-INS AFTER 7:00 PM. WE DO NEED A CREDIT CARD TO KEEP ON FILE FOR INCIDENTAL BEFORE WE GIVE ACCESS. GUEST WILL BE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE CC INFO BEFORE CHECK_IN. COVID 19 POLICY * The safety of our guests and our staff is our first priority and we will operate under all protocols as required by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Monterey County. * From the orders of the Monterey County Health Department, we do not serve a hot breakfast. We do have Hot Coffee/Tea served in the historic building. * Face masks will be required. Please be sure you have your face mask on before you enter our facility. * Please practice Social Distancing of at least 6 feet. * Cleaning protocols are in place in all rooms and throughout our property and hand sanitizer is provided in our lobby. * If you are experiencing any of the symptoms identified by the CDC as possibly being COVID-19 related such as coughing, fever, sore throat, and/or shortness of breath, please stay home. * Staff is available via phone.
