Only a stone’s throw from grocery stores, medical facilities, restaurants, and shopping. Guest access The entire place is yours, including the fenced yard and washer/dryer on property. Other things to note This property is not restricted by HOA rules, so you are free to bring your boat, RV, trailer, and more! PETS ARE WELCOME for an additional fee of $50 per pet, per stay. This must be paid outside of AirBnB, please feel free to contact in advance for compatible payment options. The pet fee can also be paid at the check-in “kiosk” located just inside the living room. We do not currently have any breed or size restrictions, but do ask that you’re respectful of the home itself and any neighboring families with noise, pet waste, etc. ***100% of the cleaning fee goes to our cleaning service that has been hand-selected to ensure that no surface, linen, item is untouched and all are laundered and/or sanitized before your stay. All bed linens (including comforters, coverlets, sheets, shams, pillows/pillow encasements, mattress encasements), shower curtains and liners, area rugs, and kitchen utensils are laundered or replaced between each guest. We are SERIOUS about the clean! If anything should not meet these standards, we ask that you notify us immediately. ***Guests staying longer than 60 days are asked to pay an additional $75 cleaning fee that can be paid in advance or upon arrival.
