Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. The third floor is the living area. A large screen TV, with plenty of seating. There is a large dining area to enjoy large family dinners. The kitchen is well stocked. There is also a breakfast nook. Balconies off the front and back of the condo, gives you extra room to enjoy the beautiful weather. The forth floor has a king bed, a private bath with jetted tub. There is also a large deck off the back of the house. I do not start or end rentals on Saturday. I offer weekend, long weekend and weekly rentals. For weekly rentals you can start on Friday or Sunday. In an effort to keep our rental rates reasonable, we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels to this property.
