Approx 1200 sq ft Downstairs bdrm:KING Upstairs bdrm:KING Kids Loft: 2 twins + sofabed (loft has limited privacy) 2 Bathrooms - 1 upstairs & 1 downstairs. Each has tub/shower combo. The space All the comforts of home! Both bedrooms have a king-sized bed, cozy bed linens and room-darkening shades. Towels and extra blankets are all provided. The kids loft has 2 twin log-style beds, a sofabed, and sliding barn doors for some privacy. Note: You must walk through the loft to get to the upstairs bedroom. Each bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room has large windows with lots of light, a smartTV with cable and a wood-burning fireplace. Firewood is on the balcony outside. The condo is freshly renovated, has views from every single window and loads of privacy. LOCATION!! In the quiet neighborhood directly behind the Westin, just a 5 minute walk to the Village for shopping, dinner, and nightlife. Across the street from the Town shuttle stop. Go out or stay in and cook your own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. With a large island for prepping and gathering, the kitchen has all major appliances (refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, disposal) and is stocked with tableware, cookware and utensils. Small appliances include microwave, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and slow-cooker (Crock-pot). Some oils and basic spices are provided, but no other food, so please bring whatever grocery items you will need. BABIES/TODDLERS- There is a portable crib (Pack n Play), which fits in either bedroom (please bring your own crib sheet). We also have a restaurant-style high chair, an infant bathtub, some plastic plates and bowls and a small bin of books & toys for kids, toddlers & babies. WiFi and password, along with other useful information, will be found in a green “Welcome” binder in the condo. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to our 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bath corner unit, including the balcony which overlooks a small grassy area. The complex also offers a newly renovated hot tub and indoor sauna, coin-operated laundry facilities, a common area deck with seating and a BBQ (warmer months only) which are all a short walk across the parking lot. Other things to note STAIRS! There are about 20 stairs to get to the front door, and the condo is 2 levels. So once inside, there is another flight of stairs to get to the loft and 2nd bedroom. The hot tub is typically open 3pm-9pm. Hours may vary. The Town of Mammoth Lakes requires that we collect and remit 16% tax on rentals less than 30 days. This tax is included in our posted rates.
